〓WHAT ARE THE LASHES MADE OF?

Our lash collection is made of nylon or P.E.T.

〓DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?

Nope. We totally believe in animal rights, so we never test on them..

〓HOW LONG DO THESE LASHES STAY ON?

Around 3 days. If you wear them any longer, you won't be able to enjoy the satisfying rub-your-eyes feeling at the end of the day!

〓CAN YOU SHOWER/SWIM/SLEEP WITH LASHES ON?

We don't recommend it. Chlorine, water, and soap might make your lashes look less than fabulous. Plus, it's good to let your natural lashes breathe a bit, right?

〓HOW MANY TIMES CAN I WEAR THE LASHES?

It all depends. If you wear them gently without mascara, you can reuse them up to 10 times! If you add mascara (especially waterproof) it might be harder to get off and rough on those little lashes. So, be gentle!

〓HOW DO I CLEAN THE LASHES?

We like to use cotton swabs with oil-free makeup remover or micellar water. Be sure to take off any glue and mascara gently, then dry with a lintless towel (or even a paper towel). Be careful not to rub them - they're delicate!

〓DO THE LASHES COME WITH THE ADHESIVE AND THE APPLICATOR?

Sorry, nope. We sell everything separately. That way you can get just the right amount of what you need.

〓IS THE PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?

YES! We put a lot of effort into making it 98% plastic-free. The tray inside the lash pack is made from 100% molded sugar cane pulp and the outer packaging is made from post-consumer recycled paperboard. We even skipped any glossy or metallic ink that makes paper non-recyclable. Once you've removed the clear P.E.T. (plastic) window from the lash pack, just toss it in the recycle bin and voila!

〓CAN I CURL MY LASHES?

You can, but we recommend curling your natural lashes first. Then pinch the fake and natural lashes together. If you find that you need more lift, be gentle as lash curlers can sometimes crimp the lashes.

〓HOW DO I APPLY THE LASHES?

There are lots of ways to get your lash on. Here’s how we do ours:
Step 1: Clean your eyelids and make sure they are completely dry. If needed, curl your lashes beforehand.
Step 2: Apply CLUSTER LASH BOND to your natural lashes and wait for 30-60 seconds until it becomes sticky.
Step 3: Use a lash applicator to gently place the cluster lashes underneath your natural lashes.
Step 4: Adjust the position of the cluster lashes for your best look.
Step 5: Hold the lash applicator against both your natural and cluster lashes for a few seconds to ensure they are in place.
Step 6: Apply the LASH SEAL to lock the BOND and make your cluster lashes last longer!

〓HOW DO I REMOVE THE LASHES?

It’s easy. Gently pull the lash from the outer edge with your fingers. If it's very stuck, place a cotton round soaked in micellar water on your closed eye for a few seconds to help loosen it.
