Order processing, delivery and shipping, & handling charges

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

Standard orders

Standard shipping on all USPS orders. Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days if your order is received by 2:00 pm MST, depending on product availability. Orders received after 2:00 pm MST will be processed on the next business day.

- All shipping rates are determined by courier, and not by Cris Lashes.

- Order total amount is in US dollars, and international customers may have to pay exchange rate difference and customs fees.

TRANSIT TIME

Transit Time does not begin until your package is processed (1-2 business days) and leaves the shipping carrier's facility.

Standard Shipping - Between 3 and 5 business days, depending on your shipping address.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.

Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions. Cris Lashes is not liable for any delayed packages. Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays).

Currently, we ship to the US, UK, Canada, Germany, Denmark, Italy, Norway, France, Finland, Portugal, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates. We plan to expand our shipping destinations in the future."

Duties, Taxes, Customs & Other Fees

International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT). You are responsible for checking with the shipping destination country as to their regulations regarding duties and taxes. You are also responsible for paying any import duties, taxes or other fees that may be applied. We will do our best to ensure you have the fastest, lowest cost shipping / customs experience.

Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon dispatch of goods. Charges are subject to change without notice.

No Delivery?

If your package was marked as delivered, and you claim that it was not received, you will need to contact the carrier. Many times it will arrive within 24 hours as the delivery may have gotten pushed to the next business day due to high shipment volume. Once the package has been shipped out, Lash Galore is not liable for lost packages.
